Decades of experience in the food and beverage realm have taught us that the best meals starts with fresh local ingredients.
With this in mind, we are sourcing seasonally harvested organic tomatoes from Yolo county for our pizza sauce. Our crust is made from organic California wheat, milled locally, in the South Bay. And most importantly, our organic cheeses and charcuterie are hand-selected from Sonoma and Mendocino counties.
We use centuries-old techniques to prepare our dough. Our recipe entails a 48-hour fermentation period, followed by hand-mixing, rolling, and tossing. We then build your pizza to order with the toppings of your choice. Finally, our pizzas are baked to perfect completion in a brick oven and proudly served to you, our guests.
